What does the transition from Towers Watson PPI to LifeSight mean for you?

You are currently accruing a pension through your employer’s scheme(s) which is executed by LifeSight (formerly Towers Watson PPI). Or you have previously accrued a pension in a scheme run by a former employer, which is executed by Towers Watson PPI. Last month you were informed that Towers Watson PPI is now operating under the name of LifeSight. The below information will help you to understand what to expect in the short term and what will change for you.

What will change if you are currently accruing a pension?

Mijn-LifeSight

Your personal pension portal has been given a new look and is now called Mijn-LifeSight. As well as the name and logo changing, the new look portal also gives you a better understanding of what you will receive when you retire and what you will need. You have more options to choose from via LifeSight and it is easier to make a choice. Moreover, you can also find Pension 1-2-3 in Mijn-LifeSight which tells you everything about your pension plan. Does your employer have a Net Pension Plan (pension for your salary above € 101,519) which you take part in? This scheme is also now part of Mijn-LifeSight.

New login details

You will receive new login information for Mijn-LifeSight via email no later than early February 2017. We encourage you to take a look at your new pension portal. Make sure your required retirement income fits your personal situation. You can customize this. Have you adjusted your expected retirement income in the past? Because of returns on, and changes in, your investments, we advise you to review your situation and make any necessary adjustments.

Mijn-PPI no longer available

We need a little time to ensure your new pension portal is ready. Therefore, your current portal, Mijn-PPI, will no longer available as of 19 December 2016.

More information?

At the beginning of 2017, we will provide an additional information session or online presentation about Mijn-LifeSight and the improvements to the portal via your employer. You will then have the opportunity to ask any questions. If you already have questions in the meantime, please contact our Service Desk. As of 1 January, you can reach us via the contact details mentioned above.
